We visited Monkey World for the second time (we came last year) on Sunday as we were down in Dorset on our holiday. When we had a sit down to give our disabled little boy his snack we noticed that you had a specialist wheelchair swing. My daughter then went to the gift shop to ask if it could be unlocked, the chap then came along and opened it and secured our sons wheelchair to it. Well what a chap, his name was Richard and what a lovely guy he is. He was speaking to our son all the time, telling him what he was doing despite our son being non verbal. He was such a friendly happy guy. It really made our day that (1) You had a wheelchair accessible swing and (2) such a lovely friendly chap was in charge of it.
He also told us that there was another accessible swing at the bottom of the park as well.
