We just wanted to say thank you for a superb day out last week. The facilities were excellent, the organisation and staff were very polite and smiling. Our 10 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the experience of seeing animals in as near to their natural habitat as is possible. Congratulations in achieving this.
In particular, can you please thank the young lady in the lemur enclosure for her knowledge, help and patience with our grandson and his continuous questions, and with myself for hard of hearing and unable to hear the talk clearly. She is a credit to your organisation.
