I am just sending a message to say a huge thank you for all you assistance on my visit to Monkey World yesterday 30 September for my 1 to 1 tour. I had an amazing day thanks to the tour guide, Ali – she was very informative, considerate of my visual impairment & what my needs were for my tour. A lot of the animals came a lot closer to where we stood which meant I was actually able to see a lot of them close up including my adoptive chimp Sammy. Thanks also for taking my photos for me I have seen them all now with my magnifier & they are AMAZING love them will be treasured forever.
Because I had such an amazing day & experience yesterday I will definitely do this type of visit again as Alison & every member of staff at the park do an amazing job.
