Thank you, Charlie, and Harry, and all of the wonderful staff who made yesterday’s anniversary party such a wonderfully happy day for us and all our guests. All of our guests appear to have had a wonderful time and we have received such very positive feedback, with many intending to come back for another visit. The children loved it, with small child reporting it ‘the best weekend ever’. Our older friends also loved it – an older local couple who had never visited Monkey World were totally captivated by watching the residents. Even our most critical friends loved it!
You all went beyond all our expectations to make it such a special day for us, our family and friends. The food was just wonderful and presented beautifully, and our only regret is that we failed to do full justice to it. We are so sorry that we forgot to pick up our tray when we left, but Bobby, aged 92, who could not be there was thrilled with her special boxes. The music, video and displays – you thought of everything.
So a very big thank you to you all. We will treasure our memories and you can be sure we will be back for visits with family and friends in future. We really value the work you do to give back such a good quality of life for these poor monkeys and to give the public such an excellent experience at the same time.
