As we have adoption passes we try to get to Monkey World as often as possible. We have always found it to be a great and interesting day out the work carried out there is phenomenal so congratulations to you all. The staff have always been helpful and friendly to everyone. We are both disabled and until this visit have always tried to walk round the park, however this is no longer possible so we used the mobility scooters that you have, the difference was amazing we were able to get around comfortably so thank you for this thought. As I say all the staff have always been great however on Wednesday 4/1/17 the gentleman who was overseeing the letting out of the scooters, filling in forms, explaining how to use them etc. went that one step further. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and really made us feel that he cared about us personally. When we returned the scooters he spent time finding out how our day went. We feel that people are quick to complain but not always so quick to praise. we would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to him he’s a star. Keep up the good work we will be back in the near future.
