I would like to commend you staff on their first class service .
We were at Monkey World today , and after viewing the splendid exhibits we were at the far end near the memorial when my mobility scooter broke down . Although it packs down and can be pulled along, I am unable to walk any distance , ( hence to scooter ) and we were unable to get very far .
One of your young ladies radioed for a buggy and we were ferried back to the entrance , with the defective scooter . Although we left a donation , I thought it only right to express our sincere thanks to you for the fantastic service from your staff .
