Good afternoon. I visited yesterday and wanted to message you to give feedback. I was third through the gates and from the moment I arrived to the time I left at about 4.50 everything was just perfect. All staff I passed either walking or driving were really welcoming either with a wave, a hello or a little chat.
I felt very safe with all of the signs and hand sanitizer scattered frequently around the park. There was a good selection of snacks available and both areas I was served by really lovely, friendly ladies.
Having the park virtually to ourselves was just perfect. I know for your finances this isn’t viable but to be able to spend long periods of time being the only one with a group was just brilliant and I felt privileged to be able to have quality one on one time with so many of the wonderful primates.
I know it’s a worrying time but you have done a great job at opening and I hope that things go smoothly as numbers increase.
