- Entry tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be re-sold or passed to any third party. Tickets booked online can be amended only upon payment of a £5 admin fee before 72 hours prior to your visit date.
- Adoption Passes, If you have adopted one of our primates we are very thankful for your support, however the 1 year free entry pass may only be used by the adoptive parent and is non transferable. Any visitor found to be using somebody else’s entry pass will be refused entry to the park.
- Gift Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and valid for one use only. We are unable to give refunds for expired tickets or extend the period of validity.
- Discounted entrance fees. We offer reduced entry fees for students, carers and our less-abled visitors, however proof of entitlement is required upon entry.
- In the event of an unexpected park closure, due to a local lockdown, bad weather or any other reason, Monkey World will issue a gift voucher for the value of tickets booked to be used within 6 months of the original visit date. If you are unable to visit on your booked date for any reason, and the park is operating as usual, you can pay a £5 admin fee to change the date of your booking, or be issued a gift voucher to the value booked to be used within 6 months of your original visit date.
