The online Monkey World Gift Shop is a great way to purchase Monkey World merchandise from your home.  Please read the following terms and conditions for your reference:

Payment

When you place an order through this website, this will be an offer by you to purchase items from Monkey World’s gift shop, as displayed in your basket. You will receive an email from Monkey World acknowledging your order and listing the items. Payment will be taken from your card when your order is successfully completed online. Acceptance of your order and the completion of our contract for the sale of Monkey World gift shop items will appear on your dispatch form.

Availability

All items are supplied subject to availability and may become unavailable at any time. If Monkey World are unable to supply the item within 30 days of your order, we will send you an email to your contact email address (as supplied by you) to inform you.

Delivery

Please note that goods will not be despatched during weekends or bank holidays. We endeavour to process all orders within a 24 hour period. However, Monkey World will not be liable for any delay or failure to dispatch items within the estimated timescale.

Delivery is made by Royal Mail. All items sent to a UK address will be tracked. A number is available for you to track your parcel(s) should you wish to do so. To receive this number, please call the gift shop on 01929 401004. Parcels should be received within a 3/5 working day period.

All items sent to UK addresses are insured up to the sum of £36.00 and claims can be made directly to Royal Mail in the event of non-delivery.

All international parcels are sent via the Royal Mail postal system. These items are not tracked. Should you require a special delivery service, please contact the gift shop on the above number to make arrangements.

Monkey World cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items.

Cancellations & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and/or return an item purchased through the Monkey World gift shop within 7 (seven) days of delivery for any reason. Monkey World will refund your card for both the item costs and the original posting and package costs. Unfortunately Monkey World is not able to refund the cost to you of returning your items to Monkey World.

To return faulty goods, Monkey World will accept items and offer a refund (including original postage and package costs) for defective goods returned within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, as long as the item(s) are returned in their original packaging together with a copy of your confirmation dispatch email. Please provide a brief description of the fault.

They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. Monkey World will not otherwise provide any of the personal information that you give to us to any third party.
