Pictures Of The Day: Monday 8th December 2014

08/12/2014

Three-month old orangutan baby Bulu Mata (literally: huge eyelashes) is prepared to travel to his new home, the Monkey World of Dorset, United Kingdom, by his Hungarian nurse Bernedett Marschalko at the Zoo and Botanic Garden in Budapest on December 8, 2014. The small monkey was orphaned when he was born. The Monkey World ape rescue centre assists governments around the world to stop the smuggling of primates from the wild and to save and to bring the compromised animals up.
